Camping at Cottonwood Beach in Okanagan is no longer free but you will enjoy 20 Campsites and be able to get there with a two wheel drive! Fees are reported to be $12 per night. You will can enjoy Canoeing, Fishing, Boating, picnicking and swimming.
- Site Description:A medium-sized site on the east shore of Mabel Lake. Good road access. There is a sandy beach for swimming and boating activities. Mabel Lake is located in Lumby BC. Nestled on the northern edge of the Okanagan, the town’s location provides an excellent starting point for outdoor adventures. - Driving Directions:Located northeast of the city of Vernon. From Vernon travel north on Hwy. #97A to the community of Enderby. Turn east (right) and follow the road about 37 km. (23 mi.) to King Fisher on Mabel Lake Forest Service Road.
It is now under new management, there are 40 sites at Cottonwood Beach. The fee is $12 per night.

No reservations, This is a BCFS recreation site. If you want somewhere to reserve you will have to try the BC Parks campsite about thirty Kms south on the Mable Lake FSR
nice site but this road is absolutely terrible – wouldn’t do it again with a trailer
