16 years ago I heard of a quality built camp that was created by a youth group somewhere just North of Bellevue Creek Trestle. Today my son and I finally found the camp after embarking on a successful exploratory mission.
The camp was built in 1990 by two Environment Youth Corps crews over the course of 4 months. I will research the people listed on the map and hopefully get their comments below! To get to this camp, take the logging road that leads off of the KVR on the North side of the Bellevue Creek Trestle on the KVR which is approx 4 km north of Gillard Road on the KVR.

Here are other ways to get to the Little White Mountain Summit

Taken right from the Scouters handbook, this bridge is built with the perfection of a craftmans touch.

Actually, five of the six tent sites need to be cleared prior to being used by backpackers and campers.

Moose and/or Deer like the area as is shown by this "Moose Rub" where Bucks and Bulls have been rubbing new antlers.

A small stream that feeds into Bellevue Creek above the Bellevue Creek Trestle makes a great water source but needs to be cleared of windfall.
With a little housework the outhouse seems to be usable!
so i adventured here on Nov 1, 2009. It was pretty easy to find, with the directions posted here and a little luck. the camp has obviously been cleaned up A LOT. The fallen in roof on the eating area has been cleaned up, and the cold storage is almost usable. We didn’t have a lot of time, so we went only 2 km or so past the camp, but our main mission was to find the camp and scout it out as a potential location for some winter camping. mission accomplished. There was lots of firewood available, and the camp and trail is/are in good shape.
Spent the night at this site again on Wednesday. 4×5 all the way there, 2 wheels spinning and 3 people pushing! There is still up to a foot of snow on parts of the KVR. We were the first people to see the camp site since the last snow, other than a moose. Planning to go up again soon with a chainsaw to do some more work!
cool to see people still working on it. i dig that place. will have to spend another night there sometime soon. drove past it a few weeks ago, but didn’t walk in. on a different mission. 4×4 working well. i hate pushing.
We did the same as you! Took a couple families to overnight in the camp like the good old days. Everything has degraded much further for example a tree fell over and took out the outhouse.
