  1. It’s first come..l and there’s always people with dogs there. Not patrolled or policed by anyone so ya never know how it will be. Can be very quiet or very busy, we went once when there was a big reunion/party but everyone was having fun and still respectful of others 🙂 really a great place!

  2. Hi Jodi, I think I can answer your questions… It is first come as it’s not “run” by anyone… and there’s always dogs there when we’ve gone, including ours 😉 It is not policed or patrolled by anyone either, just sorta there. It can be very quiet with older folks and families with young kids, or very busy… we went once when there was a big reunion/party going on and a TON of people pulled in so we got worried, but they just partied happily and were still respectful of the rest of us, I just put earplugs in to sleep in those cases. It’s one of those “take your chances” kinda places but it’s been great every time we’ve gone… 3 times now and hoping to go again soon! Really worth checking out if you don’t mind taking a chance! If you have a canoe you will want to bring it, and your fishing rods 🙂
