I am not a rock climber but wanted to hike in to see one of the Kelowna Crags for fun. The crag I heard of is in Cedar Mountain Regional Park. Kelowna actually has 4 main crags, and the Boulderfields are the largest Kelowna crag. I found the large crag in Cedar Park be a cool place to see and the fact that you can hike up a steep trail on the Northeast end of the crag to enjoy awesome views of the Okanagan Lake, makes the short hike worth your while. The custom made rock chairs at the top of the crag looks inviting! It only takes 10 minutes or so to hike to the crag from the Cedar Mountain Regional Park Trail Head. ( Trail Head Map)
If you look on kelownarockbc.com under Trails, it will tell you about the Lair Trail, which winds behind Cedar Park, between bluffs and along the lake ridge. When you hike in from the parking lot, stay on the road that goes down the right side of the crags.

The view from the Toboggan Ledge is truly spectacular. Sitting upon my boulder, I couldn't help but take a picture to capture the sight before us, on such a gorgeous day. (Photo by: Unknown)

Here is a review from a Rock Climbing in British Columbia website. This outdated writeup pulled from http://www.geocities.com/climbingbc/multipitch.htm is just referring to one climb, though Cheops, that has maybe seen half a dozen climbers on it in the past 10 years.
It makes it sound like the entire Cedar Park climbing area is crappy, which is far from the case;
“A dirty, loose, and runout climb up a corner. There is some off width, some steep face climbing, and a lot of loose, easy climbing on mossy, dirty rock. Bring something to clean the holds, like a flame thrower, or napalm, as well as a lot of long slings. Expect to run it out and still fight rope drag. Sport climbers should stay far away from this one. It is very trad. My friend and I came up with a better name, but I don’t think I should repeat it. Despite the slagging I’m giving it, this climb is actually a lot of fun, and feels like being in the mountains. Except that in the mountains it would be graded 4th class. Feeling adventurous? “
