Hello We are intersted in coming camping there and just wondering if you have any spaces available for august 25th till the 29th
Hello Crystal. Thank you for visiting Tracks And Trails. I am slowly achieving my goal of documenting each free campground in BC with video, pictures and GPS tracks. I have not been to Paradise Lake yet though so I completed a little research to help inform. First, this post that you commented on is about a free campsite or recreation site. All Free Forest Service Sites or Recreation Sites are first come – first served. Since the Recreation sites are on crown land, if the campground looks full, just check around a bit and maybe you can find a spot where there is room for you to camp without disturbing nature.
Having said that, Paradise Lake, between Merritt and Peachland has a beautiful year round resort with a number of great sites with chalets. You can contact them via their website at http://www.paradiselakeresort.ca or email them at info@paradiselakeresort.ca – thanks again for using TracksAndTrails and if you remember, please drop by again and tell us how your camping trip went!
