Snowshoeing and Winter Retreat near Kelowna BC

Snowshoeing on the KVR is a great introductory to snowshoeing, it’s easy, flat and not crowded. Curently there is about 6 inches of snow but up top there is over a 12 inches. I will keep you posted as more snow flies!

  1. We normally use Atlas with a three point harness system. We have 5 different sizes of snowshoes for various snow conditions. Best to check that they have good gripping metal beneath and they have a unfixed heel, much the same way x-country skies are where the heel lifts up.

Shop around and let me know if you have more questions.

    Have an awesome day!
