Kelowna Hiking at Pajama Run.

Pajama Run is an approximate 100 metre by 100 metre rock with large crevasses and caves full of fun for anyone who enjoys some unique hiking terrain near Kelowna Mountain off of Gillard Forest Service Road in British Columbia.

Take Gillard FSR off of Chute Lake Rd.  At the 3km mark after the cattle guard, watch for a pull out where you can park on the left of the road and then hike up to the bouldering area that you will clearly see just above you.

A better route to get there is to take the Gillard FSR and when the road makes a 90 degree turn (where there is a very large pull out for parking on your left) watch for the next small road branching off on your right.  The road that branches off is a short road that leads right to the top side of Pajama Run.  The branch actually is two short roads – they are both dead ends but just stick to the lower road.  It ends in about 100 meters at Pajama Run.  An easy hike and great fun for all ages.  Be cautious though, you never know what lives in those caves.  A can of Bear Spray may be a good addition to your backpack.
