St. Ambroise Provincial Park

Site Description: St. Ambroise Provincial park is especially folksy with families as the shallow waters and sandbars provide a beautiful natural playground. Different species of birds including warblers, geese and pelicans flock can be seen in the southern St.Comb shores. Paddle out to the level sand inlets spreaded just off-shore. On the other part of this sand barrier park you will get Sioux Pass Marsh featuring a boardwalk trail that provide a glimpse of life in this wetland. Explore and Set-up camp at St. Ambroise near the water just for a day.

Driving Direction: Take Highway 221 northeast of Winnipeg then turn north onto Highway 248 and follow for approximately 7 km then turn west onto Highway 227 and follow for 20 km then turn north onto Highway 430 and follow for another 20 km.
